Once logged into our system, you will have access to all contract documents including change orders, selections, current financial data and have the ability to leave messages for our team. This is completely optional. We will work with you according to your preferences and comfort level.

John is a Certified General Contractor and Certified Plumbing Contractor with over 30 years of construction industry experience.

John’s career includes extensive experience working in leadership roles with construction industry leaders such as US Precast, Avatar/Brookman-Fels and Centex Homes, contributing significantly to growth and profitability of each company he has worked with.

John is an active member of Gold Coast Builder’s Association; he serves as a Lifetime Director and was the president in 2016. Additionally, he is a member of the Collier Building Industry Association.

John’s belief in integrity, honesty and professionalism has been the catalyst to his growth within the industry. Understanding the complexities of quality building and construction in the industry has established him as a well-regarded professional among his peers in the areas of Custom Home Building and large scale Renovations.
